What is a Reverse Osmosis System?
Reverse Osmosis (RO) is water purification technology that uses a partially permeable membrane to remove ions, molecules and larger particles from drinking water for residential and commercial use. RO Systems use water pressure to force water molecules through a very fine membrane leaving the contaminants behind. Purified water is collected from the “clean” or “permeate” side of the membrane, and water containing the concentrated contaminants is flushed down the drain from the “contaminated” or “concentrate” side. The average RO system is a unit consisting of a sediment/chlorine pre filter, the reverse-osmosis membrane, a storage tank, and an activated-carbon post filter.

SOLO 1 Reverse Osmosis System
Great when space is an issue. Filters are integrated into one compact filter housing so it takes up less space.
SOLO 1 utilizes advanced membrane technology and features an integrated four stage filtration process, consisting of a sediment filter, sintered carbon block, RO membrane and inline post carbon. Solo I Reverse Osmosis System houses three of its four cartridges inside a single housing, making servicing fast and simple. The fourth stage can either consist of an inline post carbon for even better tasting water or an optional remineralization cartridge that will naturally balance your water’s pH level. The system includes a 3.2–gallon pressurized white metal storage tank, long reach faucet, tubing, and all the necessary fittings and hardware for a quick and easy installation. Purified water for the entire family, that is great tasting and perfect for beverages and cooking. Pure water on demand from the faucet or refrigerator and ice maker. Reverse Osmosis is an effective water purification technology for reducing total dissolved solids and other contaminants. Solo I Reverse Osmosis System saves time and money on service calls and replacement cartridges. The system incorporates a 3/8” tubing for the faucet connection and ensures a higher flow rate. It also includes a moisture sensor that is installed inline to the system and will interrupt the feed water supply if any moisture is detected.

Prevent water damage from leaking RO systems
The FLOWLOK Safety Tray is an add on device that fits most Sump style Reverse Osmosis Systems. It installs minutes and will help prevent major damage by shutting of the water supply when a leak is detected. This essential safety item consists of three components; The Safety tray, the leak detector and safety discs.
The FLOWLOK Safety Tray is a specially designed to be used with most water filtration systems in the market today. You simply place it underneath you water filtration system and it helps contain any leaks which originate from the water filtration system. It’s slightly oversized length helps capture any drips or leaks originating from connectors in the inlet and outlet of the filtration device. The adjustable holding bracket helps affix the FLOWLOK Safety Tray to most filter housings and aids to keep the tray firmly in its place. The FLOWLOK Safety Tray also has special designed placement slots so that the FLOWLOK Leak Detector can be securely mounted.
FLOWLOK Leak Detector installs right below your water filtration system in minutes. No special tools are required. FLOWLOK Leak Detectors utilize a highly compressed safety disc that expands when it absorbs water. Once the safety disc has detected water it expands and trips the FLOWLOK safety lever to shut off the water entering the water filtration device. Safety discs are replaceable and are economical.
